Delli Babu has over two decades of experience in the finance and accounting sector. He joined the Amara Raja Group in 2013 within the Finance & Accounts department, progressing through senior finance roles within the group. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He was the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Amara Raja Energy & Mobility, one of the largest Indian manufacturers of automotive and industrial battery solutions and energy storage systems. He held the CFO position since 2019 and in his role, Delli Babu was responsible for financial governance, internal controls, budgeting, treasury, taxation, audit liaison, and financial compliance – functions critical to supporting the company’s operational growth and strategic initiatives in new energy and mobility solutions. Currently, he holds the position of CFO of Amara Raja Group.
