Mr. Jayadev Galla is the Chairman and Managing Director of Amara Raja Energy & Mobility Limited since August 2021. As a Co-founder of Amara Raja, he joined the Group in the year 1994 and worked in various capacities. Before joining the Company, he served as an International Sales Executive, at GNB Battery Technologies, Inc., USA (now part of Exide Technologies, USA). He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign, USA.

Mr. Jayadev Galla is a member of the World Economic Forum representing the Amara Raja Group. He is appointed as a Governor of the Electricity Industry and as a Principal of the Global Battery Alliance. Participating in the Electricity Industry Governors meeting in the 2023 edition, he spoke on the implications of the energy crisis for security, climate, affordability and its impact on the pace of energy transition, and he was also part of a roundtable on Building Resilience in Global Electronics and Semiconductor Supply Chain.

Harshavardhana Gourineni (Harsha) has done his Graduation in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Purdue University, USA. Harsha joined the Amara Raja Group as Sr. Management Executive in October 2015 and worked in Supply Chain Management, Sales and Marketing functions. He was the MD & CEO of Mangal Industries Limited. Presently, he is the Executive Director – Automotive & Industrial Batteries, Amara Raja Energy & Mobility Limited.

Vikramadithya Gourineni has attended the University of Wisconsin – Madison and received a Bachelor’s of Science in Biochemistry from the College of Agricultural and Life Sciences. Vikram joined the Amara Raja Group as a Management Executive in the month of August 2013 and worked in various capacities including Sales & Marketing of Galla Foods and Amara Raja Energy & Mobility Limited. He was the Managing Director of Amara Raja Power Systems Ltd and Amara Raja Electronics Ltd. Presently he is Executive Director- New Energy Business, Amara Raja Energy & Mobility Limited.

Narasimhulu Naidu C has done his Graduation in Mechanical Engineering. His journey in Amara Raja started in the month of Oct 1994 as Sr. Engineer. He has also undergone a General Management and Leadership Development Programme in Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. During his tenure, he handled Production Planning & Control, Purchase, QA, Production – Auto SBU, Projects & Environment, Operations of Mangal Industries and various other roles. He’s now the Chief Operations Officer, Amara Raja Energy & Mobility Limited.

Kishore is an Engineering Graduate in Computer Technology and holds MBA in Marketing. He has also undergone Leadership Course for Top Management from the Indian School of Business(ISB), Hyderabad and IT Leadership courses from GE Crotonville. His Journey in Amara Raja Started in Jul 2016. He is the Chief Information Officer of Amara Raja Group.
