announced the appointment of Narayan Choudhary as Chief Operations Officer. In this role, Narayan will lead the company’s manufacturing and operational strategies, driving excellence, efficiency, and future-focused transformation across all business verticals. He will also be a part of the group’s executive committee.
He succeeds C. Narasimhulu Naidu, who retires after over 30 years of distinguished service and leadership within the operations function at ARE&M.
With close to three decades of experience, Narayan has built a strong track record in large-scale transformation programs across the automotive and industrial sectors. His expertise spans greenfield project development, new technology introduction, supply chain systems, quality frameworks, and people management. Prior to joining ARE&M, he served as Chief Executive Officer and Business Head at Taco Punch Powertrain.
