Dr. Shilpa Kabra Maheshwari has over three decades of leadership experience across global and Indian organisations with deep expertise in people strategy, organisational transformation, leadership development, and culture building. Her career spans diverse sectors including manufacturing, automotive, energy, technology, hospitality, and financial services—working with large, complex, and multicultural workforces. At the Amara Raja Group, as Chief People Officer, Dr. Shilpa focuses on strengthening leadership capability, nurturing a culture of trust and accountability, and embedding progressive HR practices that enable business excellence. Shilpa is an Economics (Hons) graduate with a MBA and holds a Ph.D. in Leadership Development. She is an author, certified coach and trainer.
