Responsibilities

"• Shall have good knowledge on Solar Equipment’s & some knowledge in Tramissions Works and Solar exaction works at site
• Evaluate purchase requisitions and purchase orders on regular basis and develop optimal level of services and prepare reports to identify cost cutting initiatives.
• Manage communication for purchase orders with vendors and analyze and resolve any purchase issues and coordinate with accounts payable department to process invoices.
• Prepare budgets for purchasing for projects and maintain cost code for items
• Maintain records of purchase order and associate documents for all processes and maintain data base
• Monitor all rates of products on regular basis and coordinate with supplier and develop appropriate sourcing strategy.
• Analyze all associated issues and resolve same and review vendor quotations with help of purchasing techniques and organize procurement."

Key Skills

Good knowledge on Solar Materials, Electrical Equipment’s, Commercials & Good Communication Skills.
